When you understand the 3 states and the 4 levels of energy, your world changes. We have been conditioned into believing that what we see is all there is. But it is only a reality that we create from our energy. So when we live in stressed states of anxiety or depression, we create a pretty miserable world.The universe is a huge energy grid. Everything is energy and it runs on grids. This includes our bodies, planet and basically everything. Learn more about the grids that you can use to heal your energy. Trauma is something we inherit from past lives, our ancestors and our society. But we also experience traumas in this life, from the time we are in the womb until we die. Many traumas are lessons we chose to learn through our experiences. If we understand these lessons and how to move forward, we don't suffer. Harm and suffering only occurs when we get stuck. Learn about the purpose of trauma, how it occurs and what you can do to heal any trauma that you carry.Self-love and identity are also energy, and many of our experiences block our self-love. Understanding how you form your identity helps you start the journey of learning self-love.We begin by manifesting from blocked and negative energy and create many of the problems of life. But when we learn to clear our energy and manifest from a place of self-love, we become more loving, empowered, abundant and live in joy. This is the purpose of the training - to help you learn to live in love, joy and abundance.
