Musically inspired by lofi indie, bedroom demo tapes, campfire folk music, and heartfelt love songs. Beauty is found in the imperfections of gentle string scrapes, short breaths, and nostalgic atmospheric foley. Dosed with vinyl and tape warmth, filled with yearning and melancholy. Samples have been tastefully flipped, resampled, and reimagined to create rhythmic chops, ambient vocals, and tonal texture layers.
Nuxe has been making music for over a decade covering a wide variety of genres with a strong focus on hip-hop, rap, and lofi. Spending much of his time in Los Angeles, Nuxe has collaborated with an array of artists and producers including Rxseboy, Powfu, Snøw, Sarcastic Sounds and many more. It was in LA that a fire was lit and his true love of collaboration was crystallized. Recently Nuxe has worked with artists like iCandy, SadBoyProlific, KB Mike, Snazzy, Gomey, and more.
