Have the things you have tried, worked for a day or three, and then they just stopped working? Well, if you are at your wit's end, I think you may have found the solution you are looking for. This program attacks your problem from a different angle. This program teaches you what other "self-help" programs ignore or are oblivious to: the problem of emotion, especially repressed emotion. In this program we will help you go free of the grief, anxiety, shame, worry, humiliation, depression, anger, resentment, fear, pride, and more. We'll teach you how to deal with it as it arises, and how to go through any life crisis and come out the other end faster than ever. I think you will be amazed how good you will feel if you do. And you will know, in the future, how to handle any situation that arises. Nothing will scare you any more, or better yet, when you feel any fear or any emotion, you'll know exactly what to do to handle it. This method has worked for me and others - it is tremendously powerful and teaches you to look and deal with your emotions in a new way. It often runs counter to what mainstream psychology teaches. (This is not to denigrate mainstream psychology, but sometimes things that work are outside the current paradigm.) This program is not to replace any medication, therapy, or medical advice. I am not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. (As you read this I have either completed or in the process of completing a masters degree in cognitive neuroscience, and I hold a degree in psychology). I simply share with you what has worked for me and others. I think that if you give it a try your life will never be the same again, not only will you handle large problems, but you will feel like you are floating through life. You will be happy even in the most trying of circumstances and scenarios. I have (or am currently completing) a master's in Cognitive Neuroscience.
