Agentic AI in Logistics (2026)

Logistics teams spend their days reacting to disruptions, usually one phone call and one dashboard at a time.
Logistics teams spend their days reacting to disruptions, usually one phone call and one dashboard at a time. In this course, Agentic AI in Logistics, you'll gain the ability to recognize where agentic AI can take that work on and act on it, not just analyze it. First, you'll explore what actually makes an AI system agentic and how it differs from the automation and machine learning already in your stack. Next, you'll discover how leading logistics companies like Uber Freight, DHL, and Flexport are putting fleets of AI agents to work across procurement, carrier communications, and customs, and where those systems still fall short. Finally, you'll learn how a simple agent is built and governed, from wiring an LLM to real logistics tools to placing a human-in-the-loop checkpoint on a freight booking, you'll see how that scales into a multi-agent orchestration, and you'll learn which vendors to look at first. When you're finished with this course, you'll have the practical grounding in agentic AI for logistics needed to spot high-value use cases, evaluate tools, and take concrete first steps toward proactive, agent-assisted operations.
