Reiner Brauhardt is one of the most famous Aikido-Masters in Europe.As a pioneer of Aikido in Germany he started with this martial art more than 50 years ago. Since 1985 he has been a professional aikido-instructor and runs an aikido-school in Siegen.This fifth film of the educational film-series „Aikido basics Vol.5" shows key ground hold techniques like Ikkyo, Nikyo, Sankyo, Yonkyo, Gokyo and Ude-Garami.The techniques are combined with advanced attack forms of Aikido.Under it for example Katate-Kata-Tori, Yoko-Kubi-Shime and Ushiro-Eri-Tori. Thus Aikidoka can expand her spectrum in the ground hold techniques of Aikido.
