Section-2 covers concepts of Bipolar junction Transistor including construction, working and Input-Output Characteristics of BJT configurations. Section-3 Covers concepts of Field Effect Transistors including Construction, working, Drain & Transfer Characteristics of JFET, Depletion MOSFET & Enhancement MOSFET.
