On this course, you get to learn how to make various Arabic soups, nibbles and pickles to keep in your pantry or to serve up as finger food at a dinner party. From meat dishes to vegetarian dishes from all across the Arab world, this is a great introductory course into Arab cuisine. We cover the famous addas (lentil) soup, sambouseh (or samosas) and fresh dishes such as tabouleh. Mouth-watering Arab cooking for the Arabian food lover. My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine.
