By simply changing a few ingredients each time, this meal can be made multiple times during the week and still be totally fresh and new. I am making no assumptions when it comes to your cooking abilities. This class is for an absolute beginner or someone who has been cooking for a long time but would like to refine some techniques. After moving from my house into a 32 foot motorhome, to travel with my family, I had to learn how to cook in a very small space with limited tools and ingredients. This class is the culmination of what I learned going from an expansive kitchen to cooking tiny. I hope you will get something great from this class. Thank you for being a part of this with me.
