You can move through the course at your own pace, in your own time.

A journal or notebook for your thoughts and reflections
A quiet space where you can reflect and complete the exercises
There is no right or wrong way to begin-simply come as you are.
Description

Forgiving Yourself
What if forgiving yourself wasn't about changing the past, but about learning to see the person you were with greater understanding and compassion?
Sometimes the person we find hardest to forgive is ourselves.
We can carry guilt, shame, regret, and self-judgement for years because of things we said, things we did, choices we made, or moments we wish we could go back and change.
But you are looking at the person you were then through the eyes of the person you are today.
Forgiving Yourself invites you to look deeper.
This course is a shorter, focused version of my fullForgiveness Course, bringing together the modules onForgiving Yourself andTaking Action.
Rather than judging yourself solely for what happened, you'll be invited to explore what you were experiencing at the time, the beliefs and judgements you had learned, and the person you were when those choices were made.
Module 1 - Forgiving Yourself
In this module, you'll begin exploring the experiences, choices, and actions you may still be judging yourself for.
We'll look at the judgements you hold about yourself and explore where those judgements came from.
You'll reflect on the idea that you were not born with these judgements-they were learned through your experiences, relationships, and the world around you.
You'll also be invited to ask
What was I going through at the time?
Instead of looking back through the eyes of the person you are today, you'll begin looking at the person you were then with greater curiosity, understanding, and compassion.
We'll explore
Chapter 1 - I Forgive Myself
Chapter 2 - Making the List
Chapter 3 - You Were Not Born With Judgements
Chapter 4 - Serving That Person's Experience
Chapter 5 - What Were You Going Through?
Chapter 6 - It Is All Spirit
Chapter 7 - Are You Ready to Forgive Yourself Now?
Chapter 8 - How Do I Know If I Have Forgiven Myself?
Module 2 - Taking Action
Forgiving yourself can also mean recognising when there is something you would like to do differently now.
In this module, you'll revisit your list and consider whether there is any action you feel ready to take.
Perhaps there is someone you would like to apologise to. Perhaps there is something you would like to acknowledge or take responsibility for.
You'll explore who an apology is really for, why it is okay if another person does not accept your apology, and why you cannot control another person's response.
We'll explore
Chapter 1 - Pull Out Your List From Module 1
Chapter 2 - Who Is the Apology For?
Chapter 3 - It Is Okay If They Don't Accept Your Apology
Chapter 4 - The Other Person May Be Ready
Chapter 5 - Apologise One at a Time
Chapter 6 - You Did Everything You Could
Chapter 7 - Taking Action
A Different Way to See Yourself
Forgiving yourself does not mean pretending that everything you did was okay.
It means being willing to understand yourself more deeply.
It means recognising what you were experiencing, taking responsibility where needed, learning from your past, and giving yourself permission to stop punishing yourself forever for the person you once were.
You cannot change what happened.
But you can change the way you see, understand, and love the person you were.
Perhaps it is time to offer yourself the same compassion and forgiveness you so freely give to others.
Who this course is for

This course is for anyone who feels ready to let go of the past and experience greater peace, freedom and self-love.
You simply need a willingness to look within, be gentle with yourself and take the first step toward letting go.
For anyone ready to move forward with greater compassion, acceptance and inner peace
For anyone ready to stop allowing the past to affect your present
If you want practical tools to support your healing and forgiveness journey
If you find yourself replaying painful experiences from the past
If you carry guilt, shame or regret that you are ready to release
If you want to understand your emotions rather than push them away
If you struggle to forgive yourself for past choices or mistakes
If you're holding onto hurt, anger or resentment toward someone
