Over the years he has monitored many calls of neighbors reporting domestic disturbances. When a pattern of reports come in concerning Jake Ramsey, something stands out. After giving Jake the card to the line of freedom, Julian can only wait and see if the sweet man is brave enough to give up everything for a chance to begin a life away from abuse.
