The album "Pictures" symbolises images, paintings and dimensions, and what we place inside and outside them. It draws inspiration from myths and legends, ancient civilisations, our dreams, reality and fiction. It questions our beliefs, fears, needs and fundamental quests. HamaSaari draws from the great names of progressive rock, both old and new - from Pink Floyd to Karnivool, via Oceansize or Black Peaks - as well as from the post-rock, folk and alternative scenes (Other Lives, LANKUM or Birds in Row). Above all, the inspiration comes from music that speaks from the heart and is shared without limits.
