Our company is a certified Small and Women Owned business, and certified to do business with the federal government.This course is a brief explainer of the broad outlines of the history of racism in American history and how it has informed our institutions and public discourse. What you'll learnWith a Certificate of Completion, our graduates will be able toemonstrate cultural competency to potential employers with their interest in and knowledge of inclusion, equality and belonging;Delve into socially constructed systems of oppression, patriarchy, racism, classism, gender biases, and heterosexism;Show knowledge of past and present racist practices and attitudes in the US.Are there any course requirements or prerequisites?The only requirement is the desire to expand your knowledge base.
