Rather than taking it at face value, we explore what it really means in the context of user behaviour and how it should influence your approach to optimisation.We then explore the different options available for improving your website, including what elements can be changed, how those changes can be implemented, and which adjustments are most likely to make a meaningful difference.You will also learn about testing methods such as split testing (A/B testing) and multivariate testing, which allow you to compare different variations and identify what works best. Alongside this, we discuss conversion rates in more detail, helping you understand what a good conversion rate looks like and how this can vary depending on your business and objectives.The module also introduces tools that can help you analyse and improve performance, giving you practical ways to identify opportunities and measure the impact of your changes.To bring everything together, we provide a clear framework for CRO success, outlining the stages you need to follow to continuously improve your results.
