Thankfully, the Balazar Space Station welcomes refugees like me.
The Station Human Support Group kindly gives me a job working in the medical clinic. I'm introduced to the head healer and warmth rushes across my cheeks. The physician is a muscled fae, a fairy with white hair and powerful wings. How am I supposed to work alongside someone so distractingly handsome? Soon I'm paired with this arrogant, winged healer as his assistant. And that's when I learn we actually don't get along, not even a little bit.
But there's more to this faery than meets the eye. And I find myself following him to the far corners of Tarka on a mission to save a loved one.
We soon become entangled in a life-or-death situation and in the midst...we find our way to each other.
