Defunct US remix service that operated from 1991 to 1999 and released 29 issues. Nearly all were released on double or triple vinyl, and issues 11, as well as 16 thru 29 were also released on CD. Several Best Of issues were issued on vinyl sets as well as CD. Powerhouse also released several spinoff services on CD and vinyl: Deep House Classics 1 issue, Club Classics 10 issues, Hip Hop Classics, and Resurrection 4 issues. A single record vinyl-only service called Hit Mix was also released 3 issues this later evolved into the short lived D.E.M. remix service. Everyday Is Halloween, Fascination, Favourite Shirt, Welcome To Paradise, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Rock Me Amadeus! Powerhouse Ressurection Collection displays a variety of stylistic content of the material, that is, will be, and perhaps will be, just a discovery.
