R-Studio is currently the best data recovery software for deleted and damaged data. Supports FAT12/16/32, NTFS, NTFS5, Ext2FS (Linux) file systems.

Allows you to recover files both on local logical and physical hard drives, and on drives located on remote computers via a computer network. Recovery is possible even in cases where disk partitions were damaged or deleted, as well as in cases where the disk was formatted, the FDISK command was used, the MBR was damaged, data was lost as a result of a virus attack.

It is possible to create a disk image for further data recovery. Recreates a damaged RAID. Ability to recover encrypted files, compressed files and alternative data streams. The file or disk content can be displayed and edited in a hex editor that supports editing the NTFS file tag. R-Studio was created thanks to new unique technologies. The flexibility of parameter settings gives you full control over the data recovery process.

Program features:
Standard user interface "Windows Explorer"
Data recovery over the network
Supported file systems: FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, NTFS5, HFS/HFS+, Little and Big Endian variants of UFS1/UFS2 and Ext2FS/Ext3FS
Recognition and analysis of Dynamic, Basic and BSD (UNIX) partition schemes, as well as Apple partition scheme
Support for dynamic partitions on GPT as well as MBR
Reconstruction of damaged disk arrays (RAID)
Creation of an IMAGE FILE for an entire Physical Disk (HD), Partition or part of it
Data recovery from damaged or deleted partitions, encrypted files (NTFS5), alternative data streams (NTFS, NTFS5)
Data recovery after running FDISK or similar utilities
· Data recovery after a virus attack; FAT corruption; MBR destruction
Recognition of localized names
Recovered files can be saved to any drive, including a network drive, accessible by the local operating system
Files or disk contents can be viewed and edited using the built-in hex editor

RePack features:
Type: installation | unpacking
Languages: Russian | English (Russian by default)
Removed: help (except for Russian and English), EULA, other localizations

R-Studio restores files:
• Deleted outside the Recycle Bin or when the Recycle Bin has been emptied
• Removed by virus attack or computer power failure
• After the file partition has been reformatted, even to a partition with a different file system
• When the partition structure on the hard disk has been changed or damaged
• From hard drives that have a large number of bad sectors

Version changes:
New features:
+ Deleted partitions can be quickly detected without long scans.
+ Files can be restored or marked for restoration directly from the File Previewer.
+ The number of read attempts for bad sectors may change at the time of disk operation.

Improvements:
* Data from DeepSpar Disk Imager on the state of the sectors is used to estimate the chances of successful file recovery.
* FAT folders partially damaged within sectors are now also enumerated.

Corrected:
- No messages appeared in the log when the scanning process was interrupted. Corrected.
- When R-Studio accessed data within an already open part of a multi-volume image, you might be prompted to open that part. Corrected.
- A multi-volume image could open incorrectly if its parts were small. Corrected.
- The information in the log could be incorrect if the restore was interrupted. Corrected.
- When opening another part of a multi-volume image, it was possible to click on the OK button without entering the required file name. This part was lost and no more requests appeared. Corrected.
- Sometimes the program could give an incorrect message about lack of space when writing an image using alternative paths. Corrected.
- The Advanced Scan dialog might not be displayed correctly. Corrected.
- R-Studio could hang or crash when opening file systems. Corrected.
- The best copy of the FAT table for FAT12/16 file systems was determined incorrectly in sector-by-sector determination. Corrected.
- The path selection dialog on the remote computer could be delayed if there were unavailable mapped network drives. Corrected.
- R-Studio could find extra copies of GPT partitions on a GPT disk if the GPT disk was reformatted to an LDM/MBR disk. Corrected.
- The program could find garbage entries about GPT partitions for such overwritten partitions. Corrected. Now R-Studio checks their validity and cuts off such entries.
- Partitions could not be copied to a disk with multiple partition tables (eg GPT and remote partitions). Corrected.
- Extended debug file system snapshoot was not saved for drives with unsupported encryption method. Corrected.

Text/hexadecimal editor:
- The offset field on the GoTo dialog might not be displayed correctly. Corrected.
- Strings could be cut off in the Find Results panel. Corrected.
