Following two huge Top 10 records and sold out shows across the globe, one of the UK's most exciting bands, The Amazons, release their stratospheric, anthem-packed new album How Will I Know If Heaven Will Find Me? - on Fiction Records.

The third record is both a love letter and a rallying cry. Expansive, uplifting, sun-drenched singalongs produced by Jim Abbiss (Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Adele), and featuring co-writing collaborations with the likes of Maggie Rogers and Jamie Hartmann, find the Reading 4-piece emerging from the darkness of 2019's Future Dust full of lust for life and post-pandemic hope.

The Amazons are a four-piece rock band from Reading, UK, with stadium-ready anthems, slick riffs and sing-along hooks.

It's been a heady rise for the Reading-based quartet. The most hotly tipped guitar band of 2017 according to Music Week, The Amazons were shortlisted for the BBC Music Sound of 2017 poll, nominated for Q's Best Breakthrough Act gong and made an appearance in MTV's Brand New 2017 list. They also featured in Apple Music's New Artists 2017 playlist and popped up in Amazon UK's Ones To Watch and Deezer's picks for 2017 polls.

Their debut, self-titled album was released in May 2017 and reached #8 in the UK Album Chart. "This album is a belter, a shout-it-to-the-rooftops, punch-the-sky, yell-along-at-the-top-of-your-voice storm", wrote the Daily Telegraph of the album, which includes singles 'Junk Food Forever', 'Black Magic' and 'Ultraviolet'.

"After showcasing a different, slightly lighter and poppier song called There's a Light, the Amazons went back to their roots and ended the preview with 2017 hit Black Magic. There's no holding back in the instrumentals and it's clear to see this is a band energised for a new chapter and enjoying every second of performing again. In fact, the performance was definitely too big for the building's pop-up stage, and they even admitted they'd broken the PA sound system in rehearsals. How Will I Know If Heaven Will Find Me? feels like an album of expansive sound built for arenas and festivals, and this was a promising teaser of what's yet to come for their fans."
