The main features of The Bat! program:
Security of personal information. A distinctive feature of TheBat! - the widest support for authentication and encryption protocols when working with mail servers. The Bat! - one of the most secure email clients, "in service" with many companies for which the protection of private information is a matter of life and death. The latest versions of The Bat! equipped with "smart" security buttons that help make user information truly private. The Bat! reliably protects your mail from failures in the system due to the possibility of backing up and synchronizing mail, as well as from deliberate distortion of data and leakage of confidential information when sending messages over the Internet. Secure CRAM-MD5 authentication prevents unauthorized users from accessing your mail server account.
Filtration. The built-in Mail Sorter is used to process correspondence, which automatically distributes incoming, outgoing, read and processed mail into the appropriate folders. Setting sorting rules will take only a few minutes, after which you can forever forget about manually shifting letters from folder to folder.
Automatic message processing. The aforementioned Mail Sorter allows you to automate message processing: set up auto-reply, launch an external application, add recipients to the address book, export or archive messages, extract attached files, and much more.

Backup. All program settings, address books and mail folders can be saved in a separate file and then restored from a backup copy in case of unwanted changes in information or data loss. The archive can be commented and protected with a password. In addition, The Bat! allows you to create a separate backup for each mailbox.
Update and installation. The Bat! fully compatible with the new Restart Manager (RM) Windows - you can update the Windows components required for The Bat! without restarting either The Bat! or Windows. Compatibility with Microsoft Exchange. The Bat! connects to Microsoft Exchange servers using the MAPI protocol to call or send messages. You only need to install Microsoft Office Outlook or a Microsoft Exchange client to provide the Exchange connectivity components that The Bat! will use.
