This weekend is the 2nd weekend of "The School of Meditation" which is focused on the Root ChakraWe start our journey into the world of meditation with root-chakra-related techniques: techniques that help us to align and unify body and mind, leave our thoughts behind and attain bodily awareness and presence. They make use of the liberating potential of true physical presence. At the same time, these techniques enable us to free our being from attachment to our material existence, as they awaken the root chakra dormant spiritual potential. Here we will study deeply new and traditional techniques such as mindfulness, vipassana, zazen, walking meditation, chakra meditations, and standing meditation.This school. is not just another seminar.It is the deepest, most complete and transformative process Shai has ever taught about meditation.It teaches us how to embrace every aspect of human life, support its development, and eventually awaken it.We will explore and get to know the different centers of consciousness and meditative states in-depth.We will become acquainted with the subtle, energetic processes and learn how to deal with and advise others in energetic crises. And of course we will learn different meditation techniques-and the knowledge of how each meditation can be used for another purpose. This approach of teaching meditation is unique.
