Created by Master Yang Jun, fifth lineage holder of the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan, the Wellness Exercises gathers the essence of Yang Family Tai Chi. Beginning with simple exercises working basically on your body shape, position and your energy flow, you learn how to move and breath properly. You gradually integrate more and more elements of footwork and hand techniques so you develop a good qi circulation and calm your mind in action. Doing so it becomes a moving meditation, which might be very helpfull for you who find hard to meditate only in one position.
You can really do it anywhere because it only needs one square meter for you to move approximately. There are no relevant restrictions for this practice and you can choose the pace of your training.
