This class is based on the production ready version of Unreal Ee 5 (April 2022 release).
You can also use the Early Access version, the only difference will be the toolbar layout, otherwise everything else should be the same.
Unreal Ee is one of the best game ees but equally has all the tools that can also be used in filmmaking and it has been applied by all levels of professionals in the industry.
The course will go through everything you require, including
Unreal Ee Walkthrough
Project creation
Quixel Bridge for free 3D assets
Mixamo for free characters and animations
Use of the sequencer for animation
Movie render queue
Adding sound and camera effects
By the end of the class you should be able to create beautiful scenes such as the one below
Your class project is to use everything we've learnt in the class to create a short animation with at least one animated character within the scene.
Utilize the Quixel Bridge library to get all the assets you need to build the scene and take your on Mixamo to find the best characters and animations to suit the theme that you're going for.
