Things are different when you're attacked sat down, and on a moving vehicle. Techniques and strategies have to be adapted, hence the need for this unique course. We cover
re-emptive responses to threats from a potential aggressor;Responding to a variety of punching attacks with immediate counter attacks to quickly neutralise the attacker;Knife threats and attacks, how to survive and take the attacker out quickly;Chokes, strangles and other grabs, initial response, how to break the hold and retaliate;How to exit the scene quickly and remove anyone trying to obstruct your path;Improvised weapons, basically how to use your door or car key as an effective weapon. Remember, the techniques here can be applied with modification outside of this context they are not just specific to fighting on a bus.Overview
