Automatic Email Printing

Automatic Email Processor can send emails and attachments that match predefined criteria directly to a printer. Individual printers and print settings can be assigned to different rules, with separate settings for email messages and attachments. Specific pages can also be selected for automatic printing.
Automatic PDF Archiving

Incoming Outlook emails can be automatically saved as PDF files in a specified directory. The email and its attachments can also be embedded in the generated PDF, including the original MSG file with or without its digital signature. Folder and file names can be generated from selected email properties.
Automatic Attachment Management

---

Attachments can be saved automatically using filters and dynamic folder or file name rules. After successful storage, attachments can optionally be detached from the Outlook message and replaced with a link file containing the saved attachment path. Detachment can also be delayed by a specified period.
