This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. Details provided at the end.
While most not-for-profit and publicly funded program managers are good at the services they deliver, many struggle doing it within the financial means allocated to them, and following the parameters imposed by the donor, authorities, and the organization itself. Furthermore, many funders do not understand some of the challenges faced by service providers, or appreciate the skills required beyond the program delivery.
The intention of this course is to assist not-for-profit and publicly funded organization managers in administering their programs while maintaining accountability for the funds with which they are entrusted, as well as bring awareness to those who fund these services either directly or indirectly, of the challenges faced by providers.
