You will analyze twenty exit interviews simultaneously and produce a CPO-ready retention strategy in fifteen minutes. You will generate new hire FAQs, manager talking points, onboarding plans, and job descriptions - all from within a configured HR Project that already knows your organization.
You will also complete two AI role plays. One where you coach a nervous manager through a demotion conversation. One where you deliver a PIP to an employee who disputes the performance data. These exercises are where the document skills meet the conversation skills - and where most HR professionals say the course becomes real.
