Requirements

No prior programming or automation experience is required to take this course. Learners should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts and a willingness to explore AI-driven automation.
Familiarity with APIs, JIRA, or CI/CD pipelines is helpful but not mandatory. All tools, platforms, and environments used in the course are provided through ContextQA's no-code interface, making it accessible to beginners and experienced testers alike.
Description

You have automated a web test. You have run it on a real device, called an API, and read a failure report. Now come the flows that stop most automation projects dead.
This is the advanced continuation of the ContextQA fundamentals course. Where the first course taught you to build and run tests, this one takes you into the scenarios teams usually give up on and automate by hand forever: a Salesforce org whose element addresses change on every deploy, a login guarded by a one-time password, an identity document that exists only as an image, a pipeline that needs to test itself, and an AI assistant that can drive your entire test suite by conversation.
What you will buildSalesforce testing from OTP login to self-healing org changes. You will learn why Lightning markup defeats selector-based tools, build the login test case every other Salesforce test depends on, create a scenario that adapts itself on each run, manage org data with Test Data Profiles, then create records through the Salesforce API and verify them in the Lightning interface in a single test case.
Advanced automation for the flows people assume cannot be automated. Retrieve one-time passwords from both email and SMS and complete the login unattended. Sign in through Google single sign-on, including the consent screen. Use OCR to read text from scanned documents, uploaded IDs and rendered PDFs, so you can assert on what a user actually sees rather than what the page markup claims. Then combine all of it into a full end-to-end KYC verification journey.
CI/CD integration. Generate and safely store a ContextQA API token, then wire your test plans into GitHub Actions so every push and pull request is verified automatically and a failing suite blocks the merge.
The ContextQA MCP server. Connect ContextQA to Claude and ChatGPT, then create and refine test cases in plain language, launch runs, ask why something failed and get root cause analysis back in the conversation, reproduce a reported bug, and generate shareable reports without opening the dashboard.
Who this course is for

QA engineers and manual testers who have completed the fundamentals course or already work in ContextQA, and developers who want enterprise applications, authentication flows and pipelines covered without writing test scripts.
What you need
Working knowledge of ContextQA test cases, suites and test plans, which the first course covers. A ContextQA account, and a Salesforce developer org for the Salesforce section. No programming experience is required, and you will not write a single selector.
By the end you will be able to automate the authentication, document and enterprise scenarios that normally get left to manual testing, run your entire suite from a pipeline without touching it, and operate ContextQA through an AI assistant. Every lesson is built and demonstrated on live applications and real org data, not slides.
Who this course is for

Beginners, Testers, QA professionals, Business Analyst and Engineers who want to transition from conventional testing to becoming AI-enabled Test Automation Engineers
