Next, you'll discover what a Product Launch Deck and Checklist are and how these will help you navigate through the needs of your team to effectively launch. Finally, you'll learn how to create your own Product Launch Plan, how to communicate it and manage any updates when needed. When you're finished with this course, you'll have the skills in knowledge of creating Product Launch Plans needed to make your product launch a success.
