Graitec TriCalcis a complete and integrated software for structural design, from structural modeling to final dimensioning, detailing and fabrication. It enables an integrated workflow, from structural modeling, to construction planning and final production of the structure. With its workflow, greater security is ensured as all information is related and linked to a single model. The integrated calculation of all structural elements performed by Tricalc allows the user to analyze how its elements interact with each other and obtain the most realistic possible behavior of the entire structure , improve the level of understanding of the behavior of the entire structure. Tricalc's modeling and analysis capabilities make it the ideal solution to ensure efficient modeling and secure analysis, allowing more time to be spent on project design and formation, and less for workflows.
Graitec MidePlanis solution for automatic project budgeting in IFC-BIM format, with 3D, 4D, and 5D, and also cost and time control with BIM integration. This feature automates the generation of a budget broken down by line item and with measurement lines for the elements contained in a BIM model created by programs such as Revit, AllPlan, and ArchiCad. The BIM model created with a 3D CAD program includes the measurements of the designed elements. These measurements can be lengths, areas, and volumes, both gross and net, such as the allowance for openings in the case of walls. These quantities are extracted by MidePlan from an IFC file generated by the CAD program and used to calculate the measurement lines for each item. Based on the BIM model,Graitec Gestgenerates an automatic building budget, monthly measurement records of the constructed part, and cost control during construction. It also includes the management of construction risks and the management of waste generated during construction. Gest helps you effectively manage your assumptions and progress against a baseline in a BIM environment.
Since version 2025, the two programs, Gest and MidePlan, have been integrated into a single program. This allows measurements to be taken graphically within Gest from 2D drawings in DWG, DXF, DBU, BMP, WMF, EMF, DIB, GIF, and JPG formats, as well as from 3D BIM models in IFC format. MidePlan 2025 is also maintained as a standalone program, for users who regularly use it alongside other budgeting programs other than Gest, using the standard BC3 exchange format.
Graitec Advance CADis fully compatible DWG CAD software. It provides its users a simple, natural and economical solution to the frequent requirements of drawing creation and modification. Advance CAD creates all 2D entities (lines, poly-lines, arcs, circles, polygons, etc.) and associates all desired colors, line styles and shading. Concepts such as "layers", "snap points", "windows" are available as well as all navigation features (zoom, pan, orbit, etc.). Advance CAD can also create and handle 3D solids (cubes, spheres, cylinders, etc.) and perform Boolean operations.
