Seth Brown can't complain too much about working as a stocker and assistant toy doctor at Turner's Toys, a high-end toy store in a wealthy neighborhood. Sure, the pay could be better-and he could stand if the customers yelled less, but at least he's normally out of sight, doing inventory or fixing toys. That's especially a relief during the holiday season, when tempers are high and stress is in the air.
Seth is in the middle of one such toy repair when he meets Clark, a handsome, wealthy older man who seems to like that Seth is polite, good with his hands, and eager to please.
When Clark asks Seth for a little after-hours toy assistance, Seth agrees, unable to help how he's drawn to the man's commanding presence.
But Clark appears to have something else that he wants from Seth.
