Human Resource Management: A Role-Play Mastery Program is an entirely experiential course built on AI Role Play feature, covering the full HR function through live, adaptive conversation practice. Instead of watching passive video lessons on recruitment, performance management, or employee relations, learners step directly into realistic HR conversations - screening a candidate, delivering a PIP, investigating a grievance, presenting workforce analytics - and receive structured, goal-based feedback immediately afterward.
The course spans six progressive modules mapped to the core domains of HRM: workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and performance, total rewards, employee relations and compliance, and strategic/digital HR. Every scenario follows the HandE structured design pattern: a real-world situation, a defined learner role, a distinct AI character with personality and an opening line, meeting settings, up to five measurable evaluation goals, an adaptive live conversation, and post-scenario feedback.
Format & Delivery
• Delivered via AI Role Play feature - voice or text-based live conversation with an adaptive AI character
• Each role play runs 5 or 10 minutes, followed by automated, goal-based performance feedback
• Modules are sequential but each role play can also be practiced independently for targeted skill-building
• Recommended pace: 1 module (2-3 role plays) per week over 8 weeks

Each role play generates individual, goal-based AI feedback immediately after completion, scored against its five evaluation goals and highlighting specific strengths and areas for improvement.
Module Completion
A module is marked complete once all of its role plays have been attempted at a passing standard. Learners may repeat any scenario to improve their score before advancing.
