Within organisations there are always an abundance of fantastic ideas coming from staff, leaders, customers etc. However, more often than not, these ideas are never fully explored and therefore, are never fully deployed. I see this as a HUGE missed opportunity. Some of the best ideas that organisations could deploy come from the very people buying their products or working the processes - not the senior leadership team or upper management. Knowing how to harness these ideas, see them through and deliver their key concepts is really important, especially in todays marketplace.
