John “Ludwig” Taylor is now working as a crime scene consultant alongside DCI Russell Carter, using his brilliant puzzle-solving skills to tackle seemingly impossible cases—while remaining hopeless at most other things. With his identical twin brother James still missing, John is forbidden from using police resources to investigate, but he refuses to stop. Trying to gather intel for Lucy’s interview, John gets sidetracked by the murder of an influencer in the heart of Cambridge. The Taylors soon spot a sinister pattern in their theory
