Metes and Bounds Pro provides a workspace for creating and analyzing land descriptions from survey calls. The application can determine whether a survey closes and calculate closure errors, including closing error ratios and the call required to close a description. Compass Rule Adjustments can be applied when appropriate, and the closing error analyzer can identify common entry or survey problems and provide suggestions for correction.
Land descriptions can be organized with multiple layers, which may either remain independent or share a common starting point. Layers can also be merged into a single layer when required.
