The plot thickens as the deadline approaches to select a new President.
As the first targets in the secret Keystone effort begin changing their votes to elect Sam to the Presidency, Jack is drawn back to the Florida Keys where he struggles to thwart the Russian mob as they seek to raise $65 million from a sunken narco-sub.
Jack becomes aware of the deepening relationship between Matt Hawkins and Patricia Vaughan, knowing they are unaware how important Matt is becoming to the undercover White House effort to swing the election.
Can Jack save the young couple from the nefarious and secretive powerful forces arrayed against them? While at the same time dealing with his own increased difficulties with his own hot Cuban girlfriend, the tempestuous Babylon Fuentes.
Can he head off Derek and the Russian mob he's aligned with? Can he save his dad's push to become President?
