Intelligent Data Tracking and Collections

Custom criteria can also be used to build collections tailored to specific management requirements.
The Collection Library provides predefined groupings for identifying computers with outdated popular applications, runtimes, and updates. These collections are maintained as new software versions and updates become available and can also serve as templates for custom collections.
Remote Administration Utilities

The integrated utilities provide direct access to common administrative operations. Administrators can launch remote desktop sessions, execute remote commands, restart or shut down computers, send Wake-on-LAN requests, open Event Viewer, and run custom scripts or other preferred tools.
Reporting and Data Analysis

The reporting system allows administrators to work with specific inventory data using built-in reports, filters, or SQL queries. Reports can be generated for selected computers or the entire database and can then be printed, exported, saved, or scheduled for regular email delivery.
Integration with PDQ Deploy

PDQ Inventory works with PDQ Deploy to help administrators identify computers that require software updates or other deployments. Inventory information can be refreshed automatically after a deployment, keeping endpoint data synchronized with deployment activity.
The integration can also support automated deployment workflows when a computer changes from an offline to an online state within PDQ Inventory.
Multi-Administrator Access
