You will step into the role of a project manager at a fictional company calledBrightPath Solutions and help lead a website redesign initiative from an initial request toward formal project authorization.
Through a practical project initiation simulation, you will review documents, prepare for meetings, interact with stakeholders, analyze information, make decisions, and recommend improvements.
The course combinesproject management concepts aligned with PMI guidance with practical application. You will understand not only what happens during project initiation, but also what it feels like to manage it.
