This course provides a comprehensive introduction to hotel reservation management and booking system operations in the hospitality industry. Designed for reservations agents, front office professionals, hospitality students, and hotel operations teams, the course focuses on reservation procedures, booking technologies, distribution channels, forecasting, and guest communication practices that support efficient hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
The course begins with the foundations of reservation management. Learners will understand the structure and responsibilities of the reservation department, explore different reservation types and booking sources, learn essential reservation terminology and documentation practices, improve communication and coordination skills, and apply professional and ethical standards in reservation operations.
The second module focuses on reservation procedures and systems operation.
