From there, you will learn all about the Chakras or energy centers within your body: What they are, where they are, and how to clear them. You will learn about all the many ways each chakra can have such an impact upon the body too. From root chakra to the crown chakra, we will work our way up the energetic body, clearing energy as we go. Feeling grounded, passion, leading with purpose, speaking your truth, and raising your consciousness and vibration are just a few of the things you can expect to experience through this course as you begin to step into your power. Oh, and let's not forget the exciting extra section I have prepared for you where I will show you up close how to check on the energy of your chakra's.
