Season 3, Episode 01 –
After the murder of a British citizen in the Arctic, DCI Amy Silva and DI Kirsten Longacre investigate. As Amy looks into a possible conspiracy on Scottish soil, Kirsten comes up against uncooperative Russian inhabitants, who are claiming foul play and obstructing her at every turn. But then they discover a missing person who could set a match to this political tinderbox.

Kirsten navigates international agendas in the Arctic in the hunt for a missing Chinese scientist. Faced with an opportunity that could help her solve the case, Kirsten must risk consequences she may not be able to come back from.
